Casa La Vista

Casa La Vista occupies the highest point in its gated neighborhood near Bahía Ballena, with unobstructed ocean views and easy access to Uvita’s beaches and town. Unlike many ocean-view properties in the area, no 4x4 vehicle is required — any car can reach the home.

Four bedrooms each have a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, WiFi, sea views, and a private terrace. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers. Bedroom 2’s king bed can be separated into two twins. A fifth room serves as a private office with air conditioning, a desk, and a full-size Murphy bed — useful for working or extra sleeping, though it does not have a bathroom. Local and international artwork is displayed throughout.

Outside, the infinity pool and jacuzzi sit at the edge of the property, framed by the ocean view. A firepit area with cozy seating invites evening gatherings under the stars, and an outdoor wine fridge keeps drinks at hand. A BBQ grill, outdoor kitchen with sink, and alfresco dining area complete the outdoor living spaces.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. A multi-room Bluetooth audio system plays throughout the home. Fiber optic internet, gated entry with an evening security guard, and three private parking spaces are included. Accommodates up to 10 guests.
