Casa del Tigre occupies a jungle hilltop within the exclusive La Reserva gated community, with views across the Pacific Ocean and quick access to Manuel Antonio’s beaches. Teak-covered exterior walkways recall the old homes of the Quepos banana plantation era, while a grand open-air atrium with a towering palm tree and gardens anchors the interior. The professional-grade gourmet kitchen, custom lighting, and furniture designed specifically for the home give each space its own personality.
The 75-foot infinity-edge pool stretches across the terrace, with outdoor seating for twenty, plus a full outdoor kitchen and grill area suited for everything from casual barbecues to chef-prepared meals. Five bedrooms each have their own bathroom, and the layout works well for groups, family gatherings, and special events — it has hosted small to medium weddings.
