Casa Bella Vina

Casa Bella Vina sits in the Escaleras hills, a few minutes from the beaches and surf town of Dominical. The design draws on Balinese inspiration — hand-selected wood, stone, and woven textures throughout — while staying rooted in the surrounding rainforest and Pacific views. A Torana-style entrance, inspired by ceremonial arches of the Indian subcontinent, leads into a courtyard that opens onto the main living spaces.

The ground floor holds the master suite with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and an outdoor rain shower on the terrace beside the infinity pool. The guest suite, also on this level, has a king bed and a queen-size pull-out couch, a working desk with a comfortable office chair, and its own bathroom with rainfall shower — it sleeps up to four. Three more king bedrooms occupy the upper floor, each with private balconies overlooking the jungle, en-suite bathrooms with rainfall showers, motorized blackout shades, and accent seating. A library loft with a glass ceiling offers a quiet retreat for reading or journaling.

The chef’s kitchen was designed by an award-winning cookbook author and comes fully stocked with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and ample prep space. A long wooden dining table seats the group for shared meals. Outside, the infinity pool blends into the sky, with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen, and garden paths.

The home includes a gym with a treadmill and yoga mat, WiFi throughout, and free parking. There is construction in the neighborhood (about a football field away), typically during weekday hours; a decorative entrance wall helps with both privacy and noise. Accommodates up to 14 guests.
