Villa Colores del Viento sits in the Escaleras neighborhood, roughly 10 minutes from both Dominical and Uvita, near beaches, waterfalls, and a small commercial center with a coffee shop, restaurant, and spa. The home was recently renovated by its new owners, and the architecture makes the most of the hillside setting — vaulted ceilings, double-paned glass walls, and wrap-around balconies that put the Pacific Ocean and surrounding jungle on display from every room.

The upper level holds the open-plan living area, dining space, and master bedroom. The master has a king bed and glass walls that open onto the balcony, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bidet, a spa-sized coralline-tiled bathtub, and a rain shower. A 60-inch smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and a wraparound desk are available in the family room. The second bedroom, also on this level, has a queen bed with ocean views, its own terrace, and en-suite bathroom. The ground floor has a living area, outdoor kitchen by the pool, and a third bedroom with two single beds — a good fit for younger guests. An additional full bathroom is on this level.

Outside, a 600-square-foot custom infinity pool is surrounded by deck chairs, shaded lounge seating, an outdoor dining table, and a stainless steel BBQ. A covered carport fits up to three cars. Air conditioning throughout, local artwork on the walls, and all rooms have WiFi. Accommodates up to 6 guests.
