About Pacific Paradise
Pacific Paradise is a newly built villa perched on the cliffs above the southern Pacific coast near Uvita. Set within a secure, gated estate with on-site security, the home offers panoramic ocean views from every room and outdoor space.
The three bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and sliding doors that open to the sea breeze. Locally sourced hardwood accents and custom furniture run throughout the home, which is powered by solar panels with battery backup and a water reserve system.
The outdoor living area centers on a private infinity pool and whirlpool hot tub overlooking the coastline. A large backyard, outdoor dining table, gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor ice machine round out the entertaining space. Inside, the living area has a 60-inch smart TV, custom sound system, and a 4-stool bar. The gourmet kitchen features GE Monogram smart appliances including an app-controlled stovetop, oversized fridge, beverage cooler, and dishwasher.
The villa is a 15-minute walk to secluded Playa Noble, 5 minutes by car to Dominicalito Beach, and within easy reach of Dominical, Playa Hermosa, Playa Arco, and Playa Ventanas. The property accommodates up to 8 guests and is wheelchair accessible and suitable for guests with limited mobility. Daily housekeeping is included.
