About Casa Ventanas
Casa Ventanas is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa set along a wildlife corridor in Manuel Antonio where monkeys, tropical birds, and sloths are regular visitors. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, framing views of the saltwater infinity pool and the Pacific Ocean beyond.
The home is designed around indoor-outdoor flow — sliding doors open to the pool and expansive decks, and floating bridges connect the living room to the kitchen. Each of the four master bedrooms has a private balcony with views, a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms include double showers and a bathtub.
The villa runs on solar panels and features smart-coded entry, high-speed internet, and a security system. Playitas Beach is a short walk away, and Manuel Antonio National Park is a quick drive. Local amenities including bus services, pharmacies, and ATMs are close at hand.
A personal concierge is available from check-in onward to help with restaurant reservations, private chef bookings, adventure tours, and transportation. Note that this property is not suitable for children under 10 or guests with mobility limitations due to the number of stairs. Daily housekeeping is included.
