About Casa Mono Montaña
Casa Mono Montana is a two-story, 4,000-square-foot villa perched on a cliffside in Manuel Antonio. The home opens to panoramic views of the ocean, jungle, and mountains, with an expansive pergola-covered terrace that serves as the main gathering space.
The upper terrace features a custom-built 12-person teak dining table, four lounge chairs, two hammocks, a sofa, and a swing bench. A 20-by-13-foot pool sits at the terrace edge — from here you can watch boats return to the marina at sunset. The outdoor dining area connects through double doors to the indoor kitchen, making indoor-outdoor entertaining easy.
The first floor has its own covered terrace with a six-person jacuzzi, a teak dining table, and a separate private entrance — a good setup for families or friends wanting extra privacy while sharing the common spaces upstairs.
Inside, 12-foot ceilings and an open-concept kitchen-living area create a spacious feel. Each floor has its own fully stocked gourmet kitchen with large islands, modern appliances, and a coffee maker. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms are split across both levels, and sofa beds in both living rooms accommodate up to 14 guests total.
The decor draws from coastal Bali, with locally crafted materials throughout. A gated parking area fits four cars, two of them covered. Guests receive complimentary access to the Blue Horizon Beach Club at Espadilla Beach, about two miles away.
