About Casa Frenchie & Guest House

Casa Frenchie and its guest house, Casa Louie, sit in the jungle-covered hills above Bahía Ballena, about 15 minutes from the beaches and Marino Ballena National Park. The two houses share a property but each has its own kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces — a layout that works well for large groups who want shared time and private space.

The main house has four bedrooms connected by an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with vaulted ceilings. The downstairs master has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double shower and double vanity, plus direct access to the pool terrace. The upstairs master, also with a king bed, has a private balcony and an en-suite with an outdoor shower and bathtub. Two guest rooms each have two queen beds and ocean views. Outside, over 1,000 square feet of shaded deck surrounds the infinity pool, with sun loungers, daybeds, and a full outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill.

Casa Louie has three bedrooms and its own kitchen and living space. The master has a queen bed, private entrance, en-suite outdoor shower, and a yoga deck overlooking the jungle. Two additional guest rooms with queen beds share a bathroom. A floating deck off the dining area is a good spot to watch monkeys and toucans move through the canopy at sunset.

The property includes air conditioning throughout, smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gated entry, and covered parking. A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property. Accommodates up to 20 guests.
