About Casa de las Brisas

One of the largest vacation villas in the Manuel Antonio area, Casa de las Brisas spans nearly 10,500 square feet across six levels, minutes from Playa Espadilla and the coves of Manuel Antonio National Park. The property accommodates up to 26 guests in ten bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and flexible bedding options. Two additional guest houses provide extra privacy for couples or families.

Three pools are spread across different levels: a large jungle pool, an ocean-view plunge pool off the main living area, and an indoor splash pool in the game lounge. Two feature waterfalls. The game level includes a full-size pool table, foosball, wet bar, and lounge seating.

The main level centers on a gourmet kitchen and open living area with a large flat-screen TV. Indoor dining seats 16 and outdoor dining seats 8. At the top of the home, the Sky Deck offers panoramic views of the ocean and jungle canopy, with a wet bar and shaded seating — one of the best spots in the house for sunset.

A private chef is included and prepares two meals per day (ingredients additional). Full meal-plan options, including alcohol packages, are also available.

The villa is well-suited for family reunions, retreats, wedding groups, and celebrations. A personal concierge can arrange beach shuttles, surf lessons, catamaran cruises, and guided trips to the national park.
