About Pacifico Colonial Penthouse
The Pacifico Colonial Penthouse is a 4,100-square-foot, two-floor residence perched at the highest point within the Tulemar gated community, looking out over the jungle reserve and the ocean beyond. The old-world design sets it apart — twisted wood pillars at the entry, wooden ceiling beams, archways, and Grecian-style details throughout.
Three sets of sliding double doors connect the indoor spaces to generous terraces on both levels, each with lounge seating and ocean views. The open-concept main level flows from living room to dining area to a fully equipped kitchen, creating a natural gathering space.
Four bedrooms each have a private bathroom and spacious closets. The two master suites feature ocean views from bed, and one includes a retractable TV that disappears into the furniture. Bathrooms have stained glass details and archways with backlit accents that give the space a Tuscan villa feel. The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and opens to a private suite with its own living area and an ocean-view jacuzzi.
The private pool and a separate outdoor room with grill and dining table round out the outdoor spaces. Air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, dishwasher, and a well-stocked kitchen are included. Guests receive complimentary access to the Blue Horizon Beach Club at Espadilla Beach, about two miles away.
