Colíbri Sur

Colíbri Sur is set within a private gated enclave of just three residences in Bahía Ballena, with views looking out toward Marino Ballena National Park and the coastline beyond. Mornings here start with tropical birdsong, and monkeys regularly pass through the canopy overhead. A night-time security guard and a commercial-grade backup generator add peace of mind.

The villa has four en-suite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, WiFi, and a private balcony. The master has a sea-view terrace, bathtub, and rainfall shower. Bedroom 2 also faces the ocean with its own terrace and rainfall shower. Two jungle-view bedrooms round out the sleeping arrangements — one of these has a king bed that can be split into twin beds. There is also a separate workout room with a full-size Murphy bed, accessible from outside only and without a bathroom — usable for extra sleeping if needed, but not counted as a bedroom.

Outdoors, the private pool and terraces are the main gathering spots. A BBQ grill, outdoor sink, and covered parking for two cars (plus two additional outdoor spaces) are included. Inside, the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, and coffee maker. Fiber optic internet provides fast, reliable connectivity.

One of the most practical things about Colíbri Sur is its location: 3 minutes by car to the beach, 5 minutes to Uvita town, and no 4x4 vehicle required. Accommodates up to 10 guests.
