About Casa Quivira Tulemar

Casa Quivira sits inside Tulemar, one of the most exclusive gated resorts in the Manuel Antonio area. Guests have full access to the resort’s four pools, two on-site restaurants, and the well-known Tulemar beach.

The villa spans three floors. Two guest bedrooms each have two queen beds, a private bathroom, and a private balcony. The master bedroom occupies its own level with a king bed, private bathroom, balcony, and full ocean view. The living floor features an open kitchen, living room with TV and a daybed, a half bath, and a balcony-mounted jacuzzi overlooking the Pacific.

Wildlife is a daily presence — sloths, toucans, capuchin monkeys, howler monkeys, and the endemic squirrel monkeys (titi monkeys) all visit regularly, and you can watch them from the balconies.

The location is walkable to restaurants, a supermarket, ATMs, and souvenir shops, making it easy to explore the area without needing a car for everyday errands.
