About Casa Grande del Mar

Casa Grande del Mar occupies a hilltop in the Costa Ballena area, surrounded by more than 17 acres of private jungle preserve where monkeys, toucans, and sloths are regular visitors. The gated property offers 7,500 square feet of living space split between a main house and a guest house, connected by a large outdoor living area with two separate infinity pools.

The main house has two bedrooms, and the guest house has two more — all four are king-suite bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, A/C, ceiling fans, and ocean views. The master suite includes a bathtub alongside its shower. Both indoor and outdoor kitchens are fully equipped; the outdoor kitchen features a large grill and a pizza oven.

Every room faces the ocean, and the pools are positioned to take in sunset views over the Pacific. The property also includes a backup generator, satellite TV, and outdoor speakers.

Casa Grande del Mar accommodates up to 6 guests. A 4x4 vehicle is required to reach the property.
