Villa del Cielo

Villa del Cielo is a new villa in the Farmstead Collection, an eco-luxury wellness community set between Uvita and Dominical. Playa Hermosa is about 5 minutes away, and Uvita’s town center is just down the road. A private trail leads from the property to a creek and the broader Farmstead grounds.

The home has four bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and blackout blinds. Bedrooms 1 (ground floor) and 4 (upper floor) are the two master suites, each with an ocean-view terrace, outdoor sitting area, working desk, luggage rack, and Masaya chairs. Bedroom 2, upstairs, has ocean views and its own terrace. Bedroom 3 has a king bed with a twin bunk above, making it a good fit for families — it sleeps three. The lower floor is wheelchair accessible.

The infinity pool overlooks the Pacific and the Whale’s Tail formation, with a jacuzzi alongside for quieter moments. A palapa provides shaded space for lounging or yoga. The landscaped gardens are maintained by a full-time gardener, and wildlife from the surrounding jungle is a regular presence.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Double AC units cool the common areas. A backup generator ensures uninterrupted power. Two covered parking spots are attached to the villa. Accommodates up to 9 guests.
