The open and expansive main floor plan features large windows that open to a spacious patio featuring ample outdoor seating, a BBQ and an infinity pool with views of the Pacific Ocean. Guests can swim up to the edge overlooking the dense Costa Rican rainforest, homes to countless wildlife and refreshing ocean breezes. A modern kitchen provides guests with all amenities including a coffee maker, dishwasher, custom wood cabinets and stainless steal appliances. A large dining table comfortably accommodates 6 guests and a granite countertop welcomes 2 more. Ceiling fans are located throughout the house, including the living room, kitchen, all bedrooms and office.

The master suite is located on this main level and features air conditioning, an entire suite bathroom with open-air shower, Jacuzzi tub and double sinks, comfortable king size bed with luxurious linens and a private sliding door entrance to the pool patio for privacy and convenience. The second floor welcomes hosts 3 additional bedrooms, all equipped with queen size beds, nightstands, A/C units, fans, and light fixtures. Room 2 and 3 feature sliding doors leading to the balcony. Room 4 features a large window with a view of a jungle. A spacious office is included and contains a full-size futon which can easily accommodate extra guests, allowing flexibility for larger families or groups.
